The Role We are seeking a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our workshop. You’ll be working on a wide variety of bikes and equipment, from new model pre-delivery to race-ready performance setups. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling, servicing, and repairing motorcycles
- Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics, inspections, and adjustments
- Carrying out suspension servicing, setup, and performance tuning (MPE)
- Completing service test rides and preparing bikes for customer handover
- Upholding workshop WH&S; standards and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Participating in manufacturer and specialist suspension training About You
- Trade qualified Motorcycle Mechanic
- Experience on a Race Team would be an advantage
- Suspension knowledge and experience highly regarded
- Product knowledge of KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Stark and Honda motorcycles is an advantage
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail, initiative, and solid time-management skills
- Current motorcycle and car driver’s licences
