- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment allocations.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar, high-volume setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
