Complex Motor Claims Advisor (Sunshine Coast Regional)

Here, you’ll step beyond standard motor claims and manage more complex scenarios including fire, theft and attempted theft, as well as total loss claims. You’ll also work across a broader range of products such as watercraft, caravans, trailers, motorcycles and cars. This is a step up in both the type of claims you handle and the judgement you apply day-to-day. You’ll take greater ownership of outcomes, work through more detailed information and partner closely with assessors, investigators and other specialists to reach fair decisions. While some claims will still be straightforward, many will require deeper thinking, stronger policy knowledge and confident decision making. You’ll continue building on your existing claims experience, supported by coaching, collaboration and ongoing development as you grow into a more specialised role. What You’ll Be Doing
- A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
- Manage complex claims including fire, theft, attempted theft and total loss
- Handle claims across motor, motorcycle, watercraft, caravan and trailer products
- Be the key contact for customers and partners, keeping everyone informed
- Review policy, evidence and claim details to make fair decisions
- Coordinate assessments, repairs, valuations and settlements
- Support customers through more sensitive or high-impact situations
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance at every stage
- Prioritise a varied portfolio to keep claims progressing What Great Looks Like
