Project Engineer (Sunshine Coast Regional)

We are currently partnering with a well-established Tier 1 Building Contractor, delivering premium large-scale, high-rise Residential projects across Australia. We are seeking a Project Engineer interested in working on a high-value Residential project. Work with a excellent team, a Site Manager who is has great experience in the industry and runs projects in time and cost. About The Role This is a high-profile Sunshine Coast project with a high-level of architectural design and specification. It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.
- Design coordination and documentation management
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
- QA inspections and compliance
- Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
- Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams About You
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer
- Background delivering building projects within the $50M-$300M range
- Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use
- Residential or mixed-use project experience highly regarded
- Sound understanding of medium to high-rise buldings
- Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex
- Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced site teams
