QA Tester – Web & React Native Apps Weeha – Sunshine Coast QLD / Remote Australia Wide About Weeha Weeha is a growing Australian startup building beautifully crafted digital experiences across mobile and web. We’re focused on creating products that feel seamless, look stunning, and solve real problems for salons and service-based businesses across Australia. We’re a small, fast-moving, product-driven team where every contribution matters. Our current stack includes:
- React Native CLI (not Expo)
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- NestJS APIs We care deeply about quality, performance, user experience, and shipping polished products. The Role We’re looking for a QA Tester to help ensure our web and mobile applications deliver a smooth, reliable, and high-quality experience across all platforms. This role can be:
- Remote Australia-wide
- Hybrid or in-person on the Sunshine Coast You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to test new features, identify issues, improve workflows, and help maintain a high standard across the Weeha platform. Immediate start available. What You’ll Be Doing
- Testing React Native mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Testing web applications built with Next.js
- Identifying, documenting, and reproducing bugs
- Performing regression and feature testing before releases
- Working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly
- Ensuring UI consistency and usability across devices
- Assisting with release testing and QA processes
- Helping improve internal QA systems and workflows What We’re Looking For Ideal Experience
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to clearly document bugs and issues
- Understanding of contemporary web/mobile UX expectations
- Familiarity with React Native or React applications is highly regarded
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Linear, or similar is a bonus
- Manual testing experience preferred
- Automation testing experience is highly regarded but not essential Personal Qualities
