Project Engineer or Project Manager (Sunshine Coast Regional)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role working on Queensland's largest residential development, providing approximately 20,000 lots, right here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast! About You You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
- Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
- Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- desirable but not essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
- Strong skills in managing client relationships.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
