- Experience in commercial landscape construction
- Ability or desire to lead small teams
- Confidence using construction equipment and power tools
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s Licence (essential) Highly Regarded
- Machine operation tickets
- Experience with set‑out/laser levels
