Compliance Analyst (Sunshine Coast Regional)

This 8‑month secondment places you at the centre of the business, supporting the management of compliance obligations across Youi. You’ll go beyond monitoring compliance, helping the business understand requirements, manage incidents, and ensure frameworks are working effectively. It’s a role that blends technical compliance work with real business partnership. From maintaining frameworks and registers to supporting reporting and advising on obligations, your work will have real impact. You’ll join a team-oriented Compliance team where ownership is valued and your judgement is trusted, with a hybrid setup located locally on the Sunshine Coast. What you’ll be doing
- Support and enhance the compliance management framework and obligations register
- Provide timely, practical compliance advice to the business (for review)
- Manage compliance incidents in line with breach reporting requirements
- Contribute to risk, controls, and issue management activities
- Assist with compliance reporting and governance papers for key committees What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Business or similar
- 1+ year experience in compliance or risk within Financial Services
- Understanding of Australian regulations, compliance frameworks, and ERM principles
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills What excellent looks like
