About The Role

The People and Culture Officer supports day-to-day P&C; activities by assisting with projects, providing guidance to managers and staff, and helping maintain policies, systems, and reporting. Working under the direction of the Manager
- People and Culture, the role focuses on ensuring processes run smoothly and are applied consistently across the organisation.

This is an opportunity for an experienced P&C; Officer to apply and further develop their generalist capability, or a recent graduate to build foundational experience through on the job training.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (preferred, but not required)
