Account Officer (Little Bay)

About Us: Kube Enterprise is a hospitality firm committed to excellence and growth. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- General Accounting duties as required for example, oversee day-to-day financial transactions
- Formulating budgetary and accounting policies
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS reports
- Examining operating costs and company’s income and expenditure
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations (ATO, GST, payroll tax, etc.)
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and reporting systems
- End of month financial processing and prepare financial report
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements, if required
- Other accounts related tasks as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $74,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
