Your Role As part of the Customer Experience team, you’ll be the face of Scape, ensuring every resident, visitor, and stakeholder feels welcomed, supported, and heard. You’ll play a key role in front-of-house operations, resident support, relationship management, events, and safety, while helping create a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving student community. Day‑to‑day You Will
- Welcome residents and visitors with energy, managing check-ins, check-outs, and everything front-of-house.
- Build genuine connections, listen, and respond to residents with care and professionalism.
- Handle leases, accounts, and records with accuracy and confidence.
- Bring the community to life and support our Student Experience team through events, activations, and student programs.
- Go above and beyond to create memorable experiences that make residents feel at home.
- Team up with colleagues to hit targets, solve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly. The Ideal Candidate You’re a natural communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in dynamic, people-focused environments. You are:
- Passionate about customer experience and relationship management.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to engage with young adults while maintaining professionalism.
- Organised, able to multitask, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
- Calm and composed when posed with resident queries. Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to starting in the position.
