Customer Service Coordinator (City of Randwick)

UniLodge is Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider in student accommodation, operating a growing portfolio of close to 140 properties and hotels. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in UniLodge Kensington, NSW. Position Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) – casual basis. This role offers a mix of quiet and busy periods, requires being on your feet, and provides an opportunity to deliver a positive resident experience. Responsibilities
- Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
- Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
- Monitor and report concerns and issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail and filing. Requirements
- Background in reception or hospitality is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Resilience and ability to work under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems.
- A “we care” attitude.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months) and Working with Children’s Check (NSW) – candidates to provide these at their own cost.
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM as required. What We Offer
