Location: Banksmeadow Sydney | Full-Time | Salary: $80,000 + Super

**Join Recreation Beauty (Rocketfolk Pty Ltd), a fast-growing, clean, cruelty-free perfume brand making waves in the beauty industry.** We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive **Production Manager** to take charge of our manufacturing operations across Australia, the US, UK, and Europe.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and manage perfume production from start to finish
- Coordinate with global suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs
- Track inventory of raw materials and packaging (bottles, pumps, boxes, labels)
- Implement best practice in our inventory system (Cin7 Core) including optoimised Production Workflows and MRP for inventory forecasting. Maintain accurate data at all times across Cin7 and Shopify
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards
- Resolve production or supply issues quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign timelines

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelors Degree or above
- Experience in production or supply chain
- Super strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for technology and systems with an eye on AI Futures
- Knowledge of ecommerce (ideally with hands on Shopify knowledge)
- Confidence managing multiple moving parts in a rapid-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems (must know Cin7 Core)
- A sharp eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset

**Bonus Points For**
- Project Management qualifications and/or experience
- Experience in international markets
- Front line experience of manufacturing processes and machines
