**Customer Service & Sales Support**
Location: Banksmeadow, Sydney, NSW
Type: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 6:00am
- 2:30pm
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service & Sales Support team member to join our fast-paced, passionate crew at Origin Meat. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and love supporting both customers and sales operations behind the scenes, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
Customer & Logistics Support
- Answer customer service phone lines and assist customers with queries and orders.
- Coordinate daily driver logistics, second drops, and collections.
Sales & Product Admin
- Communicate product updates, substitutions, and unavailable items to customers.
- Enter invoices into MYOB and update Fresho (our online ordering platform).
- Create pricing reports for the sales team and notify of any price changes.
- Monitor and maintain Fresho.
Stock & Reports
- Process credits for returned goods.
- End-of-month stocktake entry and KPI reporting (weekly).
- Manage customer pantry lists and pricing exceptions.
- Create labels for recent products/weights.
General
- Provide occasional delivery support when required.
- Other tasks as needed to support the operations and sales team.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Manual driver’s license (preferred, not essential).
- Confident using computers and online systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Interest or experience in the hospitality/meat/foodservice industry is a big bonus.
