Cut Lunch Deli is a deli-style sandwich shop by day and a natural wine bar by night. We are a fun, vibrant shop located minutes from Bronte Beach, with a focus on creating delicious, seasonal food and serving natty, local drinks.

After Hours by Cut Lunch Deli is seeking a versatile and experienced Bar Manager who has a passion for natural wines and customer service. As Bar Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers and Bar staff. You will lead the team in training and development opportunities.

Experience is great, however, the right person with ready-to-learn attitude is better!

**Bar Manager responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the wine bar.
- Building rapport with the local customer base.
- Ensuring that Bar staff are trained and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Working collaboratively with the Store Manager and Head Chef to provide feedback and suggestions about current/changing menu items.
- Overseeing cleaning and daily closing checklists and modifying if/when required.
- Completing daily cash-up procedures.
- Genuine interest in the industry and your community.
- Minimum two years bar experience

Pay: $30.00
- $38.00 per hour
