Production Kitchen Evening Supervisor Randwick

Production kitchen in Randwick looking for an Evening Supervisor. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You will work closely with the Management team.

The role includes but not limited to

Preparing sandwiches, wraps & salads for dispatch

Lead and motivate a small team

Ensure the best quality and that recipes are followed

Maintain food safety standards

Meet production targets and manage inventory

Ability to be flexible and work unsupervised and as part of a team

Reliable

Strong work ethic

Attention to Detail

You are a perfect fit if you have:

At least 2 years of experience in the food industry

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles

Proven supervisory experience in a food production setting

Excellent and robust communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement

Casual, Part time & Full time available
