- To prepare and process customs documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- To input and maintain accurate data within customs and operational systems.
- To provide administrative and back‑office support, including scanning, filing, reporting, and COD payment management.
- To set‑up and manage master data while executing pre‑ and post‑entry transactions.
- To liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve requests, duty/tax, and billing issues.
- To maintain documentation, SOPs, and records while supporting audits and best practice reviews.
- To monitor clearance processes, follow up on documentation, and support the team with ad hoc requirements. Key Accountabilities
- Building customer rapport and maintaining close contact with the customer.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure open lines of communication are maintained.
