- Maintaining a portfolio of clients as assigned
- Prepare quotes for both network and retail customers
- Manage end-to-end orders across import/export and air/ocean freight
- Provide weekly shipment/order updates to customers
- Complete invoicing tasks as required
- Work closely with the operations and clearance teams WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous within local International Freight Forwarding
- CargoWise experience preferred,
- Transparent communication skills both verbal and written
