The Role (a.k.a. Your Recent Playground)
You’re not here to just “sell cars.”
You’re here to:
Create an experience people actually enjoy (yes, buying a car can be fun)
Build real relationships, not transactional ones
Turn enquiries into lifelong customers
Be part of a team that moves quickly and thinks differently
One day you’ll be closing deals, the next you’ll be filming content, brainstorming ideas, or helping shape how we do things better.
Who We’re Looking For
You might already be in car salesor you might just have the right energy and mindset.
Either way, you:
Have confidence without the ego
Know how to talk to people (and actually listen)
Bring energy, not excuses
Want to improve, learn, and level up
Take pride in how you present yourself
Don’t wait to be told what to do
