- proudly servicing residential and commercial clients for over 25 years. We’re growing fast and looking for a passionate Tiler Field Support Training Specialist to help us take our high-performing technician team to the next level.

This is your chance to bring your hands-on trade knowledge into a leadership and support role that combines field training, compliance, and quality control.

What You’ll Do:

Train and mentor new and existing field technicians and tilers in the "Megasealed Way"

Liaise with franchisees on field performance and quality control

Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards

Conduct site inspections and provide ongoing technical support

Assist in onboarding, upskilling, and performance coaching

Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Conduct in house group training.

Continue to update and educate on building code changes.

You’ll Need:

Solid experience in construction or trades (especially bathrooms, kitchens, or laundries)

Tiling and Waterproofing license experience

Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry (KBL) license

(optional)

On site experience in diagnosing problems and solving issues.

A keen eye for detail, and a passion for training others

Robust communication skills and a hands-on leadership style

Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites.

Local and Interstate travel required

Pay: $80,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

Tiling: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Tiling & Waterproofing Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (required)
