Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accredited Practitioner Fire Safety role located in Matraville, NSW. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting fire safety assessments in line with current regulations, preparing detailed and compliant reports, liaising with clients to deliver recommendations, and ensuring best practices in fire safety. The role will also involve assisting in maintaining compliance with relevant fire safety standards and mentoring team members on fire safety protocols. Collaboration with property managers and stakeholders to deliver trustworthy and transparent advice is a key part of this position. Qualifications
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards, codes, and best practices in compliance
- Ability to conduct thorough fire safety assessments and prepare transparent, well-documented reports
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring or guiding team members on fire safety procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage assessments and reporting deadlines
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire safety or related fields (e.g., FPAS accreditation is highly regarded)
- Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and record-keeping
- Commitment to the values of care, quality, and safety
