Drawing on your previous administrative experience within small team settings, start-up environments, or e-commerce businesses, you possess a keen understanding of the multifaceted nature and proactiveness needed across operational, administrative, and logístical responsibilities. Your expertise extends from establishing company processes to exploring new CRM solutions, identifying reliable suppliers, and orchestrating a rebrand for both internal and external documents. Your organisational skills, practical approach, and effectiveness in managing diverse business elements position you as a valuable asset for this existing business’s acquisition.
Collaborating closely with the business owner, you'll foster a unified team, ensuring mutual support and effective communication to surpass goals. Your positive and cooperative demeanour extends to contributing across diverse areas. Throughout this transitional phase, your dedication to improving efficiency and clarifying operational protocols will be integral to a seamless handover. Your expertise not only streamlines processes but also establishes a structured, well-documented framework aligned with the evolving needs of the business under new ownership.
**A snapshot of your role.**
- Facilitate a smooth transition between previous and new owners by reviewing and optimising existing processes, and establishing new SOPs, manuals and documents
- Oversee all implementation of new CRM’s including the migration from MYOB to Xero
- Source and orchestrate shipping and delivery suppliers while maintaining an effective stocktake. Implement a clear and logical process for tracking assets and inventory management
- Support any emerging projects or administrative requirements accompanying the business growth
- from procuring office supplies to organising new team members onboarding
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. Manage office maintenance, security, and other facilities-related tasks
