About the Role

As the Property Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing a well-maintained portfolio conveniently located near the office. It presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join a reputable and growing team, whilst continuing to build and grow their own career.

The Duties

Open inspections & private viewings
- with assistance

Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors

Handling tribunal affairs

Processing bonds & invoices

Lease renewals & tenant selection

PCRs and routine inspections

Repairs and maintenance

Rental arrears management

Skills & Experience

Previous property management experience is essential:

Initiative and a passion for the industry

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Must hold an up to date property management license for SA

Property Tree experience ideal but not essential

High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly productive negotiation and problem-solving skills
