Outbound Call Assistant (Marrickville)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads, gathering relevant information to create potential sales opportunities.
- **Sales**: Actively promote and upsell products/services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately log customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: $27.77
- $30.19 per hour
