RMKG’s client is leading service agency specialising in design and production brand activation across Australia and New Zealand. They are boundary breakers with expansive mindsets that ensures their purpose shines through the delivery and client experience. They have an established portfolio of clients providing creative design throughout industries including retail, design, events, and technology. They are currently seeking a creative, risk taking, honest and forward-thinking **General Manager** to lead a business within a larger group.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of 7 including Warehouse, Account, and Project Managers
- Being a part of a senior leadership team to creative success across the business, support and expand the boundaries together.
- Overseeing the general running of the 3PL logistics warehouse including fulfilment and distribution.
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote loss prevention awareness.
- You will be selling a capability vs a product.
- Relationships building including managing client negotiations and contract management.
- You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and SNR leadership team.

- A Visual Merchandising background with the ability to breakdown and relay sales and growth revenue.
- Experienced in budget management including managing and understanding P&L;
- The drive to bring in new business and partnerships to continue to expand the business.
