Field Visual Merchandiser - Qld (St Peters)

SHEIKE is looking for a customer focused, passionate and commercially driven creative to execute exceptional VM across our QLDstore locations.

This role is Part-time, and you will be working across 3 store locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement, execute and maintain SHEIKE Visual Merchandising standards in stores.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Coordinator and the Regional Manager to maintain SHEIKE Visual Merchandising standards.
- Ensure store layouts showcase the SHEIKE collections and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance in stores and make commercial decisions to help drive sales.
- Coach and guide SHEIKE team members on commercial & creative decisions.
- Stock processing, replenishment & management
- Work closely with our Area Manager & Store Managers, providing training, support & guidance.
- Lead by example, develop and inspire the store teams to deliver excellence always on the shop floor.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience journey.

ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-site retail visual merchandising role in a high sales environment
- Possess excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to implement direction and follow guidelines.
- Proven skills in developing and training team in key visual merchandising concepts.
- Work well with a team + ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong commercial results.
- Full driver's license
