Tempe Tyres is a leading tyre and wheel retailer with multiple branches and well-established quality brands, and we are in pursuit of a results-driven Admin Officer to join the team based at our Tempe
- Wholesale branch.

Reporting to branch manager you must be able to work to deadlines, be organized, have a robust passion for sales and be customer centric.

Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sale and following up on previous enquires or quotes

Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner

Receiving inbound calls from both internal and external customers regarding sales or enquiries

Accurately processing and keying in sales orders and quotes

Providing support and information to the field sales team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in sales and customer service

The skills to upsell and cross sell at every opportunity

A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure

A friendly phone manner and strong communicator

An ability to think on your feet with good attention to detail

A background or interest in automotive is an advantage, although not essential
