About us Alpha Abilities provides high‑quality mobile therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the NDIS. We deliver personalised, community‑based services (schools, childcares, homes) across Sydney, using a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to maximise each child’s potential.

The role

We’re seeking an exceptional, compassionate Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping children with disabilities unlock their communication potential. You’ll deliver evidence‑based paediatric therapy across Sydney, develop individualised plans, collaborate with families and teams, and contribute to positive, measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments for children Develop and deliver individualised, evidence‑based therapy plans Provide therapy in schools, childcares and home environments across Sydney Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and adjust therapy as needed Support and coach families to facilitate communication development Maintain accurate records, session notes and progress reports Keep current with best practice and research in paediatric speech pathology

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Current Working with Children Check (NSW) Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (company motor vehicle provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to travel across Sydney suburbs
