Gym Manager (Marrickville)

**Your Role**

As Gym Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, including team leadership, member experience, class and PT performance, sales growth, and community development.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Growth**
- Drive membership sales and retention through in-gym initiatives, outreach, and digital strategy collaboration
- Monitor KPIs and set weekly/monthly goals for team sales performance
- Develop and promote PT services and in-house programs

**Team & PT Management**
- Lead, motivate and support staff including receptionists, trainers, and instructors
- Provide mentoring, onboarding, and support for personal trainers and group instructors

**Member Experience & Community**
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere across the gym
- Handle member queries, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction
- Build robust relationships with members and encourage long-term loyalty

**Events & Engagement**
- Plan and execute events (e.g. open days, workshops, challenges, community partnerships)
- Create opportunities for social interaction, client appreciation, and local business collaboration
- Work with marketing to promote events and gym initiatives

**Facility Management**
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of gym floor and equipment
- Ensure health and safety standards are always met

**Minimum 2 years experience as a gym manager required + previous sales experience.**

**Immediate Start**

Pay: $80,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
