Administrative Assistant (Tempe)

**Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Duties:_
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event logistics
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- HR Support:_
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation is a plus
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
