**Roster Availability**: Wednesday to Sunday 5:00pm
- 11:00pm

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role
- A passion for delivering results
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Values that reflect a high level of commitment to ‘safety’, always thinking ‘customer’ and a belief in constantly inspiring your team to ‘reach higher’ every day
- The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
