Regional Retail Manager (Marrickville)

We're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join the Retail Operations Team at our food production headquarters in Marrickville, Sydney. You will be instrumental in promoting operational excellence, with an emphasis on sales growth, profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will report directly to our National Retail Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for:

- Daily operations of 7 retail stores within our network (including stores in the CBD and the Eastern Suburbs)
- Driving efficiency, effectiveness and performance across our retail network
- The management and supervision of retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training and development, performance reviews and promotions
- Managing stock levels of all raw materials and finished products, ensuring maximum cost efficiencies
- Implementing sales strategies to enhance productivity, customer service and store profitability
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, work health and safety requirements and food safety regulations
- Effectively managing any complex staff and customer complaints
- Collaborating with other teams across the business, including production, logistics, finance and marketing

You will need:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum three years’ full time experience working at a management level in a retail setting
- To be available to work on weekends
- Full Australian work rights
- A valid driver’s licence, as frequent travel will be required between sites and our head office in Marrickville

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
