**About the Role**:We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential daily support to individuals, helping them live comfortably and independently at home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and social activities, shopping trips, medical appointments, and outings.
- Maintain a Comfortable Home Environment: Provide light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Promote Independence: Assist clients with exercises and activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Ensure Client Safety and Well-being: Monitor client health and provide regular updates to care coordinators.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or a related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Valid Police Check.
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Valid and satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
