Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are recruiting care staff for multiple positions in Inner West suburbs
- Campsie, Earlwood, Marrickville, Burwood, Strathfield, Drummoyne, Five Dock, Balmain, Concord, Homebush, Rhodes, Ashfield, Lewisham, Petersham, Dulwich Hill, Tempe and surrounding areas

$29.81
- $33 per hour (dependent on experience) + 11.5% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time:

Your Current Role:

Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting

Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing

Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings

Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training

Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements:

Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle

Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

Willing to travel across all suburbs that the branch services

Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory

Experience in personal care and/or relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
