**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of passionate educators to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQF.
- Foster strong relationships with families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Mentor and guide educators to enhance their skills and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Nesa Acredited Qualifications.
- Have proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of NQS and NQF, with a passion for driving quality improvement and leadership skills
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with staff and families.

**Salary**: $36.00
- $50.00 per hour

**Experience**:
