We have full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities available across our locations in Clovelly, Alexandria, and Marrickville. - this is your chance to join a welcoming family run business. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work with our experienced Pastry and Bakery team to create the beautiful pastries Tuga is famous for, including:
- Mixing, laminating, and proofing dough
- Preparing custards, sauces, and fillings
- Baking and decorating pastries to perfection
- Supporting service for both bakery and cafe operations
- Maintaining food safety and HACCP standards
- Bringing care, creativity, and precision to everything you do What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar pastry or baking role
- Relevant pastry/baking qualification (Certificate III or higher)
- A great eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and communication skills
