Homecare Consultant

This role will place you in professional environment with the main objective, improving the quality of life for the elderly and disable community to live independently and receive the highest quality of care and services in their homes. We are seeking an individual who has the skills and passion for delivering high quality customer service to patients in a professional caring environment. Responsibilities include:

- Responsible with the sales of rehabilitation aidds, DVA, NDIS and Care Packages procedures and sales and develop your knowledge in all these products.
- The ability gain knowledge about and to operate all rehabilitation equipment for sale or hire through Independent Living.
- Responsible for maintaining the showroom and display of equipment.
- Cleaning of returned hire equipment
- Be able to handle cash and eftpos procedures accurately Attributes required:

• Must be ethical, honest and caring
• Displays excellent problem solving skills
• Professional and well organised
• Confident with computers and technology
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting

Desirable Qualifications and Qualities

• Previous experience working within a healthcare industry is desirable
• A compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients is essential
