SportsPower & Toyworld Maryborough are looking for enthusiastic Full Time and Casual Retail Team Members to join our growing team. About the Roles We are seeking motivated retail team members to work across both our SportsPower and Toyworld brands. This is a hands-on retail roles where no two days are the same. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, support stock management and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for families, sporting clubs and the local community. Key responsibilities include
- Greeting and assisting customers in-store with a friendly and professional approach
- Assisting customers with footwear fitting and sizing advice
- Supporting team sports customers with equipment, footwear and apparel selection
- Providing product recommendations and advice across sporting and toy categories
- Operating registers and processing sales transactions
- Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising and ticketing
- Maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation standards
- Supporting promotional campaigns, catalogue launches and seasonal events
- Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- For the casual roles, flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and peak retail periods
- Previous retail experience preferred
