Practice Manager (Mawson)

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental clinic located in **Mawson, Canberra**, seeking an experienced and motivated **Practice Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice and support continued growth.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, including:

- Managing daily operations, workflows, and patient experience
- Leading, supporting, and coordinating clinical and administrative staff
- Rostering, leave management, and staff performance support
- Overseeing billing, accounts, banking, and HICAPS processing
- Ensuring compliance with dental regulations, infection control, and WHS requirements
- Managing stock control, suppliers, and ordering
- Supporting business growth, reporting, and operational improvements
- Acting as the key point of contact between clinicians, staff, and management

About You
- Have previous experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Dental Administrator
- Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Be confident in dental software, billing systems, and health fund claiming
- Have a good understanding of Australian dental compliance and infection control standards
- Be proactive, solutions-focused, and professional
- Be able to work independently while leading a team
