Practice Manager Mawson

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental clinic located in Mawson, Canberra, seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice and support continued growth.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, including: Managing daily operations, workflows, and patient experience Leading, supporting, and coordinating clinical and administrative staff Rostering, leave management, and staff performance support Overseeing billing, accounts, banking, and HICAPS processing Ensuring compliance with dental regulations, infection control, and WHS requirements Managing stock control, suppliers, and ordering Supporting business growth, reporting, and operational improvements Acting as the key point of contact between clinicians, staff, and management

About You

The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Dental Administrator Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Be confident in dental software, billing systems, and health fund claiming Have a good understanding of Australian dental compliance and infection control standards Be proactive, solutions-focused, and professional Be able to work independently while leading a team
