We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

In this role, you will provide frontline leadership, guidance and support to the Room Attendant team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Reporting to the Group Executive Housekeeper and working collaboratively with fellow Housekeeping Supervisors, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day housekeeping operation while delivering exceptional presentation standards and guest experiences.

What you will be doing: Supervising and supporting Room Attendants during shifts Allocating daily room assignments and monitoring workflow Inspecting guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training of team members Supporting rostering, stock control and linen management Responding professionally to guest requests and housekeeping concerns Assisting with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as required Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained

To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous housekeeping experience within hotels or accommodation environments Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with guests, colleagues and internal departments A positive, hands-on and team-focused approach Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
