About the Role:
As an experienced Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with full autonomy and strong team support behind you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing rent arrears professionally and efficiently
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care
- Conducting routine and outgoing property inspections
- Screening applications and managing open inspections
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Attending tribunal hearings when required What You'll Bring:
- A current Property Management Licence (essential)
- Experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Strong administrative and computer skills (PropertyTree experience is a bonus)
- A current SA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Great time management, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
