- Alongside the team, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business development to continually grow your client base within the property sector
- Source high-quality talent
- Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
- Collaborate with interstate counterparts on national preferred supplier agreements and cross selling of services
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures The Criteria:
- Real Estate or Property industry experience, particularly in sales or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proven results mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident negotiator and problem solver
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
