Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.

Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation. Create seasonal and innovative dishes that reflect authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors. Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a positive, effective, and professional work environment. Maintain inventory levels, cost controls, and food safety standards. Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage cost efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. A passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $64,872.58 – $105,123.25 per year
