Cater Care is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant / Supervisor (All Rounder) to join our team at a busy university residential dining hall in North Adelaide.

Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will support both kitchen operations and front of house service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for students, staff and guests in a professional and welcoming environment.

- Deliver front of house service in a supervisory role when required, including waited meal service
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Plate and serve meals to a diverse customer base
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Support functions and conference catering
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards Skills and Experiences: Key Skills & Experience


- Experience in kitchen operations and service in a high-volume environment
- Front of House supervisory experience essential
- Strong organisational skills in rapid-paced team settings
- Reliable with flexible availability across various shifts
- Professional and motivated approach
- Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S; practices
- Ability to perform under pressure during peak service periods Who We Are
