Why I Offer This Service

In my own personal experience, I almost signed a costly lease on a brand new property. However, a building inspection report revealed major defects that the real estate agent had not mentioned and had actively tried to conceal. Another property was advertised as beautiful and modern online, but it was filthy in person and smelled awful. The neighbours were loud, their home looked like a junkyard from the street, a construction site was nearby, and it was located next to large electrical transformer towers. Scary!

These experiences showed me that even properties that look perfect online can hide serious issues.

Because of this, I have made it my mission to pro-actively protect and inform my clients with clear and unfiltered information. I pay attention to the real details that matter in day-to-day living, such as light, noise, smell, ventilation, layout, storage, condition, surroundings, atmosphere, and any risks that may affect comfort or safety. I share my observations calmly and objectively, so you can make your own decision with confidence.

How I Can Help You

If you cannot attend a property inspection in Melbourne, I will attend on your behalf and guide you through a live walkthrough. You may join by video or choose to receive a recording afterwards. Throughout the inspection, I focus on what matters in real life: layout, light, noise, smell, ventilation, storage, general condition, and the overall feel of the space.

I also show the street, immediate surroundings, and general atmosphere so you understand what it is truly like beyond the listing photos.

If you need deeper checks, you can add optional services such as building inspections, neighbourhood safety insights, Freedom of Information (FOI) assistance, or public transport assessments. My service is fully independent. I do not work for real estate agents etc and I do not receive commissions.
