FOH Senior Section Waiters & Bartenders We are currently looking for experienced front-of-house professionals to join our team across senior section waiting and bartending roles. This role is suited to people with strong restaurant experience who are looking for an engaging, well-structured hospitality environment with a strong focus on service, product knowledge, consistency and team culture. Our hospitality is built around warm service, Italian food culture, regional ingredients, wine, atmosphere and attention to detail. We are looking for people who can bring confidence, care and professionalism to the floor, while still keeping the experience natural and welcoming for guests. We are currently considering candidates for two key front-of-house positions: FOH Senior Section Waiter This role is suited to someone who can confidently manage a busy section, read the room, support service flow and deliver knowledgeable, attentive hospitality. You will be expected to guide guests through the menu, understand the importance of timing and table maintenance, communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar and management team, and help maintain a strong standard of service throughout each shift. Bartender This role is suited to someone who is organised, clean, fast and reliable behind the bar. Our beverage service is focused mostly on classic cocktails, pre-batched cocktails, wine by the glass and beer, with a strong connection to Italian aperitivo culture, amari and simple, well-executed drinks. This is not a high-theatre cocktail role; it is a restaurant bar role where consistency, preparation, cleanliness and service flow matter. We are looking for people who have experience in quality restaurant environments, take pride in their work, and understand that good hospitality comes from both technical skill and awareness. The right candidates will be confident without being arrogant, professional without being stiff, and able to work with pace while keeping standards high. You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends and busy services. You should also be reliable, punctual, well-presented and willing to keep learning.
