- FOH Waiter/Waitress Wanted!

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Izakaya Miyazaki is a newly opened Japanese restaurant specialising in Robatayaki, premium Wagyu, fresh sashimi, and rare imported sake. We’re passionate about delivering an authentic Japanese dining experience with warmth, efficiency, and care — and we’re looking for new team members who share that spirit.

Position: FOH Waiter/Waitress

Type: Casual/Part-time (with potential for full-time)

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Take orders, serve food and drinks with efficiency and attention to detail
- Explain menu items and recommend sake and dishes with confidence
- Work closely with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organised service area
- Contribute to a friendly and respectful team environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and genuine care for customers
- Strong communication skills
- Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
- RSA certificate required
- Must be available evenings and weekends
