**About the role**

**About the Team**
- This role will be part of our Infrastructure Programs branch within the Road Safety Division, responsible for managing and delivering TAC-funded road safety programs
- You will work closely with the Road Safety Program Manager, within a team of 6 who foster a supportive enabling culture.
- The team values autonomy, trust, and flexibility, allowing you to adapt to various office locations based on business needs

**What we’re looking for**

**Program Management and Delivery Support**

**Stakeholder Engagement** Foster and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders including the TAC, Department of Transport and Planning, and local government. Your ability to engage effectively and collaboratively will be crucial in program delivery and ensuring stakeholder engagement and support.

**Continuous Improvement and Risk Management** Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance program delivery, performance, and governance. Proactively manage and report on risks and issues across projects, while working to advance Safe System principles and capability within local government through coaching and innovative practices.
