Export Logistics Coordinator (Melbourne)

About the Role We’re looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to support the end-to-end export process across our fresh produce operations. Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring export orders are delivered accurately, on time and in line with international compliance requirements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, manage documentation and support our global customer base. The role is based at Melbourne Markets (Epping) with hybrid flexibility. Role Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end export order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with international requirements.
- Coordinate bookings with freight forwarders and manage shipment schedules in line with vessel cut-offs.
- Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, dispatch, quality) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Provide support to international customers by communicating shipment status and resolving queries. Skills and Experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or sales coordination, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to export processes, including shipping documentation and international trade compliance.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, freight forwarding and export regulations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability.
